T-Mobile US (TMUS) said Wednesday it completed the acquisitions of Vistar Media and Blis to expand its advertising business.
The company said it paid about $175 million in cash for Blis, with the deal closing on March 3.
T-Mobile said in January it had agreed to buy Vistar Media for roughly $600 million in cash. The deal was closed Feb. 3, the company said Wednesday.
The acquisitions are expected to add about $250 million in revenue, $75 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, and $50 million in free cash flow this year, the company said.
