China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881, SHA:601881) completed the issue of 2 billion yuan of short-term commercial paper on Wednesday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The commercial paper carries a final coupon rate of 2.08% and will fall due in 92 days.

The securities broker will use proceeds from the issue to supplement its working capital.

Shares of the company were up 3% in recent trade.
