Zymeworks (ZYME) reported a Q4 net loss late Wednesday of $0.31 per diluted share, widening from the loss of $0.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.10.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $31 million from $16.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $45.2 million.

Shares of the company fell 5.9% in recent after-hours trading.
