KMD Brands (ASX:KMD, NZE:KMD) appointed Brent Scrimshaw as group chief executive, effective March 24, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Scrimshaw will succeed Michael Daly, who will complete the transition of his role on April 4.
