Norwest Minerals (ASX:NWM) said reconnaissance drilling intersected wide zones of titanium at its West Arunta rare earth project, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Significant intersections from the first pass air core and reverse circulation drilling include 33 meters at 2% titanium oxide from 39 meters of depth and nine meters at 2% titanium oxide from a depth of 3 meters.
Its shares fell 8% in recent trading on Wednesday.
