Fortive (FTV) said late Tuesday it has appointed Mark Okerstrom as chief financial officer, starting March 24.

Okerstrom will succeed Chuck McLaughlin, who is retiring as CFO but will remain in a non-executive role through year-end to support a smooth transition.

Okerstrom most recently served as an external adviser at Bain & Co. and Advent International. He also spent more than 13 years at Expedia Group (EXPE) holding executive positions, including CFO and chief executive roles, Fortive said.
