Micro-X (ASX:MX1) raised AU$2.4 million through the issue of 26.7 million shares at AU$0.09 each to Malaysia-based security system supplier Billion Prima, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Billion Prima agreed to a 12-month restriction on disposing of its shares, with exceptions for transfers to subsidiaries or affiliates, the filing said.
