Kimly (SGX:1D0) completed the acquisition of a coffee shop at Block 204 Serangoon Central Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the company had exercised its option to purchase the coffee shop from Lee Quan Enterprises for SG$13.2 million.
The two-story property has a 90-year leasehold commencing from Oct. 1, 1994. It has a coffee shop on the first floor and a three-room flat on the second level.
