Rimfire Says Arbitrator Reschedules Arbitration Hearings; Shares Fall 10%

Rimfire Pacific Mining (ASX:RIM) said an arbitrator rescheduled the hearings related to the termination of the company's Fifield and Avondale earn-in agreement with Golden Plain Resources (ASX:GPR), following a request from Golden Plain Resources, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

GPR had initiated arbitration against Rimfire to challenge the validity of the termination of the agreement.

The final arbitration hearings are now rescheduled to May 21, 22, 23, 26, and 27 from March 19 to 21 and 24 previously.

Shares of the company fell 10% in recent Wednesday trade.
