ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) said its issued share count increased to 869.2 million after allotting 748,822 shares at SG$0.36 each through warrant exercise on Friday, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The new shares will trade on the Singapore Exchange on March 11. The company has 78.6 million warrants outstanding, expiring on Sept. 14, 2026.
