Vibrant Group Extends Deadline for Changi Property Sale

Vibrant Group (SGX:BIP) said the sale of its property at 47 Changi South Avenue 2 will not be completed on March 11 as JTC approvals are still pending, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The vendor and purchaser have agreed to extend the deadline to secure the approvals from March 11 to June 30.

Completion is expected within six weeks of obtaining JTC's no-objection letter.
