Target Hospitality's (TH) indirect subsidiary, Arrow Bidco, said Monday it will redeem all $181.4 million of its 10.75% senior secured notes due 2025 on March 25.
The notes will be redeemed for 101% of their principal amount plus any unpaid interest up to the redemption date, the company added.
Shares of Target Hospitality fell past 8% in recent trading activity.
