China Travel International Investment Hong Kong (HKG:0308) expects at least 40% lower attributable profit for 2024 than HK$240 million from 2023, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The travel and theme park company attributed the expected decrease to the decline in fair value of investment properties.
Shares of the company closed nearly 7% higher on Monday.
