Courage Investment Group Names New Chair; Appoints Former China Ecotourism Group Exec as CEO

Courage Investment Group (HKG:1145, SGX:CIN) appointed Liu Sainan as the chair of the board with effect from Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The company further appointed Wu Ying Ha as chief executive officer with effect from Monday. He was an executive director and CEO of China Ecotourism Group (HKG:1371) until January 2022.

The appointment follows the resignation of Lee Chun Yeung, Catherine, from the same post.
