Perion Network (PERI) said Monday that its board has authorized a $75 million increase to the company's $50 million buyback program to raise the total to $125 million.
The tech company said that as of the end of 2024, it has repurchased 5.2 million shares worth $46.8 million.
Shares of Perion Network were up 3.9% in recent premarket activity.
