Jervois Global (ASX:JRV) received two notices under section 249D of the Corporations Act from shareholders holding at least 5% of the company's votes, according to a March 7, filing with the Australian bourse.

The notices request the company to call a general meeting to consider passing a special resolution to amend the company's constitution and resolutions to remove certain directors, the filing said.

Jervois is reviewing the validity of the notices and will determine its next steps in accordance with the Corporations Act, the filing added.
