BUZZ-Jefferies sees post-paid subscriber additions at Telstra despite TPG-Optus deal

** Analysts at Jefferies expect strong postpaid mobile subscriber growth and average revenue per unit growth at Australia's Telstra TLS.AX in 2025

** Expects growth at TLS despite a network sharing deal between rivals TPG Telecom TPG.AX and Singapore Telecommunications-owned Optus STEL.SI

** Believes Optus could raise postpaid mobile prices this year, and TLS would follow suit

** TPG noted it achieved positive net adds, with most of the port-ins coming from Optus and, to a lesser degree, TLS since the network sharing deal began

** Brokerage adds Telstra continues to lead in the Australian mobile market with highest net adds in postpaid mobile over the six months ending December, 2024
