Hong Kong's Urban Renewal Authority received 28 expressions of interest for the Shantung Street/Thistle Street Development in Kowloon, The Standard reported Thursday.
Among those that sent expressions of interest include China Overseas Land & Investment (HKG:0688), Chinachem, and Great Eagle (HKG:0041), the report said.
The site has an area of 2,475 square meters and a total gross floor area of about 15,000 square meters, the report said.
