Aboitiz Equity Ventures (PSE:AEV) incurred a consolidated net loss of 645 million Philippine pesos in the fourth quarter of 2024, reversing a net income of 5.5 billion pesos a year earlier.
The conglomerate's net income for 2024 was 18.1 billion pesos, down from 23.5 billion pesos in 2023, according to a filing with the PSE on Monday.
As of Dec. 31, 2024, the company's consolidated assets rose 7% annually to 893 billion pesos from 833.9 billion pesos at end-2023.
