China Jinmao Holdings Group's (HKG:0817) recorded contracted sales of 4.42 billion yuan in February with a contracted sales gross floor area of 262,490.88 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Accumulative sales for the two months to Feb. 28 reached 11.1 billion yuan, corresponding to a gross floor area of 566,326.40 square meters.

The group logged subscribed property sales of 2.45 billion yuan as of Feb. 28, the filing said.
