Surefire Resources (ASX:SRN) executed a heads of agreement with HMS Bergbau for offtake from its Victory Bore critical minerals project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement covers all critical mineral products from the proposed Victory Bore mine and beneficiation plant and allows the companies to finalize discussions on product quantities, delivery terms, and pricing mechanisms.

The German firm made an approach to Surefire in November 2024 and has since been in talks with it regarding offtake.

The agreement complements talks with Saudi Arabian and European stakeholders on project funding, the filing added.
