Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) submitted the program for environment protection and rehabilitation for the in-situ field recovery trial at the Samphire project in South Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Once approved, the document will form the field recovery trial operating plan, the filing said.

The approval is the final step in the regulatory process for on-site construction of trial infrastructure, while an Environmental Protection Agency site permit process is also underway, per the filing.
