New Hope Liuhe (SHE:000876) posted pig sales revenue of 1.65 billion yuan in February, down 10% from 1.84 billion yuan the previous year, according to a March 8 filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The pig producer's sales volume decreased 13% year over year to 1.1 million pigs from 1.3 million pigs, while average sales price climbed 5.6% to 14.64 yuan per kilogram from 13.86 yuan per kilogram.
