Asiasec Properties (HKG:0271) expects a net loss of between HK$70 million and HK$80 million for 2024, compared with a net profit of HK$265 million a year prior, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The real estate manager attributed the projected swing to loss mainly to fair value loss of investment properties in the year and higher finance costs.
