NetClass Technology (NTCL) said Monday that it has acquired a 51% stake in Japanese software company CreateSolutions for 2.6 million yen ($17,361)

NetClass said the acquisition is part of its strategy to expand its presence in Asia will provide it with a new operational center in Tokyo.

CreateSolutions provides software development, data analysis, business consulting, corporate innovation training, business process optimization, and product design.

Shares of were up 7% in recent Monday premarket activity.
