Powerlong Real Estate Holdings (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of about 608 million yuan in February, with a contracted sales area of 51,933 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
For the first two months, the total contracted sales were about 1.3 billion yuan, and the total contracted sales area was 110,264 square meters, with a contracted sales area of 110,264 square meters, the filing added.
The real estate company's shares were down 2% in recent trade.
