BEIJING, March 12 (Reuters) - Industrial and Commercial Bank of China 601398.SS1398.HK said it launched a 80 billion yuan ($11.04 billion) technology and innovation fund to support private economy, according to a statement released by the big state-owned bank on Wednesday.
