Seazen Group (HKG:1030) recorded contracted sales of around 1.96 billion yuan in February, with a contracted sales area of roughly 270,600 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

In February, the group had 174 properties for lease, with a total gross floor area of a little over 16 million square meters. Rental income for the month stood at approximately 1.05 billion yuan.

For the first two months of 2025, Seazen's contracted sales and sales area totaled 2.98 billion yuan and about 386,200 square meters, respectively.
