Asian Granito India (NSE:ASIANTILES, BOM:532888) has incorporated a subsidiary in Indonesia named PT AGL Surfaces Indonesia, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new entity will undertake the wholesale trading of roofing tiles, bricks, tiles, and similar items made of clay, lime, cement, or class. It will also undertake wholesale trading of construction materials and various types of building materials.
The Indian parent holds a 51% stake in AGL Surfaces Indonesia.
