AsiaInfo Technologies (HKG:1675) reported a profit attributable to the equity holders of 544.9 million yuan for 2024, compared with 533.0 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were 0.59 yuan, compared with 0.57 yuan in the prior year.

Revenue was 6.64 billion yuan, a decrease of 16% compared with 7.89 billion yuan a year earlier.

The board of the company recommended a final dividend of HK$0.252 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.160 per share.

The company's shares were down almost 3% at the close of trade.
