British American Tobacco Issues 7-Year, 10-Year, 30-Year New U.S. Dollar Bonds

British American Tobacco issued new benchmark 7-year, 10-year and 30-year U.S. dollar bonds on Tuesday.

The bonds' initial price talk is in the area of Treasurys plus 140 basis points for the 7-year bond; Treasurys plus 155 basis points for the 10-year bond; and Treasurys plus 195 basis points for the 30-year bond, LSEG data showed.

Proceeds from the sale of the bonds will go toward general corporate purposes and repaying bank debt.
