Life360 (ASX:360) Chief Executive Chris Hulls sold 3,692 shares in the company on March 6 at a weighted average price of $43.09 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Following the transaction, he directly holds 943,929 shares in the company, the filing said.
The company's shares tumbled almost 9% in recent Tuesday trade.
