Prescient Therapeutics (ASX:PTX) appointed Non-Executive Director James Campbel as Chair, effective March 30, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Campbel will succeed former Chair Steven Engle, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 7% in recent Tuesday trade.
