Bharti Airtel (NSE:BHARTIARTL, BOM:532454) has partnered with SpaceX to bring Starlink's high-speed internet services to its customers in India, according to a filing with the Indian bourses on Tuesday.
The deal is subject to SpaceX securing necessary approvals to sell Starlink in the country.
The partnership will explore Starlink equipment sales through Airtel's retail stores, business services, and connectivity solutions for rural areas, schools, and health centers.
Airtel and SpaceX will also assess how Starlink can enhance Airtel's network while leveraging Airtel's ground infrastructure in India, the filing said.
