Impro Precision Industries (HKG:1286) recorded a 10.1% increase in attributable profit for 2024 to HK$644.3 million from HK$585.1 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were HK$0.341, compared with HK$0.31 a year earlier.
Revenue rose 1.8% to HK$4.68 billion from HK$4.60 billion a year earlier.
The board declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.08 per share. With the first interim dividend of HK$0.08 per share, the total dividend for 2024 amounted to HK$0.16 per share.
The company's shares were up 2% at the close of trade.
