JH Educational Technology's (HKG:1935) Chinese-affiliated entity Zhengzhou College of Economics and Business agreed to engage Henan Xianrui Construction Engineering for construction projects worth 825.6 million yuan, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The contractor will construct teaching and training buildings, public buildings, faculty apartments, and dormitory buildings at the Shangjie Campus of the college in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.

The combined gross floor area of the construction projects is 339,617.47 square meters.

The projects are to be started on March 20 and finished by Oct. 10.

The contract amount will be funded through the net proceeds of the company's initial public offering in June 2019 and external loans.

Shares of the company closed over 1% higher on Tuesday.
