Henan Pinggao Electric (SHA:600312) secured 1.39 billion yuan in contracts from State Grid Corp. of China.

The company won 1.38 billion worth of bids in the state grid's eighth procurement round for electrical appliances, circuit breakers, disconnectors, lightning arresters, transformers and switch cabinets, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

In the ninth procurement round, Pinggao Electric also secured 10.2 million yuan for electrical appliances and switch cabinets.
