Great Boulder Resources (ASX:GBR) said reverse circulation drilling at the Eaglehawk prospect intersected thick, high-grade gold at its Side Well project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company reported a "significant" result of 29 meters at 4.8 grams-per-tonne (g/t) grade of gold from a depth of 76 meters.
Air-core drilling at the project returned intercepts of 2 meters at 1.7 g/t grade of gold from a depth of 57 meters as well as 2 meters at 1.3 g/t grade of gold from a depth of 52 meters.
The company is continuing reverse circulation drilling at the Mulga Bill and Eaglehawk prospects, the filing said.
