Garda Property Group (ASX:GDF) said its Brisbane industrial portfolio remains unaffected by flooding from cyclone Alfred and all buildings are operational for tenants, except for minor rainwater ingress, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The company's North Lakes development site incurred rain delays due to the weather event, with external intersection works expected to resume later in the week, the filing added.
