SRJ Technologies Group (ASX:SRJ) appointed Kurt Reeves as chief executive, effective May 15, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Interim CEO David Milner will step down, effective immediately, and Chairman George Gourlay will oversee CEO responsibilities in the interim, the filing said.
