Million Cities (HKG:2892) expects an attributable loss of between 109 million yuan and 209 million yuan for the year 2024, down from 482.3 million yuan a year prior, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The property developer attributed the anticipated shrinking of loss mainly to a significant decline in impairment provisions made for the properties of its subsidiaries and associated companies.
