Swire Properties (HKG:1972) recorded a 42% decrease in profit attributable to owners for 2024 to HK$6.77 billion from HK$11.57 billion a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were HK$1.16, a 41% decrease compared with HK$1.98 a year earlier. 11 Visible Alpha analysts expected a HK$1.18 EPS for the year.

Revenue decreased by 2% to HK$14.43 billion from HK$14.67 billion a year earlier. Visible Alpha estimated a revenue of HK$14.57 billion.

The company declared a second interim dividend of 2024 of HK$0.76 per share.

The company's shares were up over 1% in the recent trading.
