Societe Generale said it would propose replacements for two board members and the renewal of three directors at its annual general meeting in May.
The French lender said late Wednesday that Ingrid-Helen Arnold and Olivier Klein will be proposed for their first terms as independent directors. They replace Lubomira Rochet, who resigned as director in September and is currently the bank's chief operating officer and ad vice president in charge of French retail banking, and Alexandra Schaapveld at the end of her third term as an independent director, Societe Generale said.
The bank also propose to renew directors William Connelly, Henri Poupart-Lafarge and Sebastien Wetter.
