Dezhan Healthcare (SHE:000813) signed a cooperation agreement with medical device maker Baoshi Hua Medical Technology (Beijing) to build the Hainan Decheng International Hospital, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.

Under the deal, the parties will also develop pharmaceutical products and medical services and will collaborate in upcoming healthcare projects, the Chinese drugmaker said.

The company's shares jumped 10% in recent trade.
