Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System (HKG:0840) announced the termination of its major joint venture and disposal of target equity, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The termination agreement, signed on March 13, 2025, releases all parties from obligations without termination fees.
