Linkers Industries (LNKS) said Thursday it has received a notice from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with the continued listing requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share.
The company said it has until Sept. 8 to regain compliance.
Linkers said it is assessing its options and plans to regain compliance with the continued listing requirement.
