Dishman Carbogen Amcis (NSE:DCAL, BOM:540701) received board approval to raise up to 500 million Indian rupees through the issue of non-convertible debentures, according to an Indian bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company plans to issue 5,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
Shares of the company were up nearly 1% in early trading.
