Helport AI Names Amy Fong Interim CFO Following Shakeup

Helport AI said Tao Ke is no longer serving the company as chief financial officer as of Wednesday.

The artificial intelligence company appointed Amy Fong, president and director, as interim CFO.

Fong was appointed to her roles of president and director in January. She served as chief operating officer and later managing director of sustainability and strategic initiatives at FountainVest Partners (Asia) since 2019 before joining Helport AI.
