Sunshine Metals (ASX:SHN) reported that it sees potential for gold-silver mineralization at the Tigertown prospect, part of the Ravenswood Consolidated project in Queensland, after it intercepted broad zones of veining at projected target depths in first-pass reverse circulation drilling, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The drilling targeted extensions to mineralization intersected in limited historic drilling, the filing said. Assays are expected early in April.
Further reverse circulation drilling will target shallow gold mineralization at the Coronation prospect during this month, per the filing.
Sunshine Metals' shares rose past 14% in recent trading on Friday.
