Health care stocks were flat to lower premarket Thursday as the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) was inactive and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) was recently down 0.3%.
ImmunoPrecise Antibodies (IPA) shares rallied past 14% after the company announced a strategic partnership with an unnamed biotechnology company to discover and develop antibody-drug conjugates and bispecific antibodies to treat cancer.
Integer Holdings (ITGR) shares were down nearly 2% amid plans to offer $750 million of convertible notes due 2030.
Tarsus Pharmaceuticals (TARS) shares were almost 3% lower after the company priced an upsized underwritten public offering of 2.8 million shares at $44.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $125 million.
